Cap1 Plat Approval

So I was feeling fiesty. The day after applying and being approved for NFCU I decided to see if I was approved for a Cap1 card and I was preq for 2.  I took the advice of the board and applied for the Plat and was approved for $3k.  I now have the "magic" number of cards to reach my goal.  They are:

• Cap Secured $200 limit that I've had for way too long - I'm looking towards closing it out in the next 2 years
• NFCU -$7,8k - plan to request CLI increase in 3 billing cycles
• Cap 1 Plat - 3k limit

I have no collections on my account, a few late student loan payments from when my husband was layed off.  We are working towards raising our credit scores and paying down our student loan debt.  It's amazing what you can learn here!

Sweet. Thats right where i began 2015 with the Plat. In 3 statements go fo the SP CLI. Month 4 Look on the site for the upgrade link to the QS and then credit steps will kick in. Way to go!
