Yeah, it's weird. The link stopped working a few weeks ago. Here's how you can get to the same place:

1. Log onto the CapOne site.

2. Navigate to your card. The url will be something like this:

https://myaccounts.capitalone.com/Card/[LongStringOfGibberishThatApparentlyIdentifiesYourAccount]=

3. Put your cursor just to the right of that equals sign at the end.

4. Type /productupgrade, including the slash.

5. Hit enter.

But now that you've done a PC, I think you are locked out from doing another one for six (?) months.

@Curious_George2 I tried it just for the heck of it and it congratulated me for completing my rewards upgrade. So I guess it does work. haha
