Got a cli on my 2 and a half year old cap1 platinum.  

started as a secured card

   Graduated 18months ago

fifteen cli requests later

a 50% increase.    Woo Hoo 

asked for a 1k limit

I may have exaggerated a little 
I just checked the online document portal and it showed a total of 8 denials for previous cli requests.     Not 15
