So, apparently I decided to apply last night for these two cards, prequalified for both earlier in the week so I said what the hell. Was only expecting a 5k CL on the Venture, but ended up getting approved for the Venture with a $15K CL, and I remember reading they'd use the same HP if I app'd for the QS right after, so I did, and got approved with a $5K CL.
No idea why I was approved with these numbers, definitely didn't think my profile supported it, but oh well! Yay Capital One!

Those scores are actually not that bad compared to some that were approved for the venture/qs cards, probably close to average. Cap1 idea of excellent credit is a bit different from other lenders. With that said those are some nice limits you got!
