As my title states, I received a Capital One CLI this morning, and was approved for an additional $3,000 on my grandfathered Savor. I knew it had been close to 6 months since my last CLI. I thought I was one to two days early but apparently not! I had a lot more spend I would say in the month of July. Possibly around $600 maybe more.
My starting balance was $5,300 and I now have $8,300. I requested $8,500. One possible change could be the dramatic difference in my credit score. This pandemic I focused on debt. I have paid down and paid off, and consolidated what is left onto one card. I have no negative or derogatory history, but I believe at the the time of my last CLI approval my 3 credit scores were anywhere between 720s and low 740s. Now all three are in 770s (they had made it to 780s until my most recent card posted). So maybe this aided in my larger approval?
Let me know if you have any questions.
Congratulations on your Capital One CLI!
Congrats on the increase!
This is a top CLI out of Cap-1, grats on getting it
Thank you everyone! Thanks @gdale6 I know their auto CLI's can be high, but I am not sure I have seen it this high from a manual CLI request. I was so shocked. I am glad that I asked for a "high" amount. I was hoping for another miracle $1,500 CLI.
Nice increase!
Good job on the CLI, keep up the good work and pay off that last one. It is awesome when they pay you to use credit cards and you pay them nothing.
@regional_ryanThank you! @FalconSteve Why thank you That's the plan! It is a 0% BT card. Dividing the balance down to 12 payments!
Congrats
