Yes, with Cap1 you can usually request a CLI once every 6 months. They've recently started grating some before the 6 month mark but I didn't have any luck.
Opened a cc account with cap one in April with a 500 CL. Asked for a cli today and was granted an additional 1000 up to 1500. Third statement will come out in a couple of days and assume I will still get increase with credit steps in a couple of months. My card is a QS1 however when I log in it says Platinum (a little confusing).
