No i know that is not cutoff. as i was in credit steps as well on my quicksilver when it was a qs1. i started at 500 limit and they gave me 3500 increase. even though they said i would get 250 dollars. never know with cap one. after i went to the pre qual site and it said i was pre approved for another qs1. i called them and they said i could get another card or upgrade to the regular quicksilver without AF. which i took. outstanding.

kdong1996 - you and your parents have done well by Cap1. It never fails to amaze me with approvals at Cap1 and CLIs. Sure don't get it but you'all did. Congrats!

I have a platinum and a QS and after the third on time payment., I hit the love button and increased both to 1500, now my plat is at 3k and just pasted my 5th on time payment on QS. So it should be interesting to see what they do.
