Capital One PC From Platinum Mastercard to VentureOne Rewards

Received a PC from my Platinum MasterCard with $39 annual fee to a Capital One VentureOne Rewards card with $0 fee for life via chat.

took 2 attempts the first time i got someone who recommended me to the modify your features section of the website, which i knew would not work as everytime i went it said no offers available, but i attempted again anyway and again "no offers for this account"

went to the chat a second time and got a new person and explained that everytime i try it says no upgrades available and explained how my credit has improved and so on, they reviewed my account and came back with "available for instant upgrade to rewards" i was able to choose from cash back or miles, i already had a cashback card so i went for the miles and they came back with "approved for Capital One VentureOne Miles card"

Quick...Easy....and Painless better yet just a SP. Started Capital one with a $300 platinum card upgraded to $3500 VentureOne in just over a year.
