Seems like people are getting a lot of love from Capital One lately. I figured I would test my luck as well. I have had the card for 3 months with a 3k limit. I spend about 2k a month but I always pay it off the very next day so my utilization is rarely over 3%. Got approved from 2k increase. New credit line is 5k. I think thats a nice number

I believe that some people have reported success converting to WMC/WEMC just by using the online chat feature, with Cap1, and/or calling in, to inquire? Also if I am remembering correctly, not all Cap1 cards may necessarily qualify for upgrades to the WEMC level?
