Been lurking on here on and off for years and I’m finally making my 1st post!
I’m back to rebuilding and decided to come here and see what knowledge I can find as you guys have always been helpful. After receiving a few mailers and emails from my bank WF I gave in and applied for their new active cash card. I knew my chances were slim, but I went for it anyway. It wasn’t an instant denial, but they needed to verify some info.
So, naturally I came on here looking around to see what you guys were saying and stumbled upon the Capital one thread and their pre-qualifier. I said what the heck and they showed 4 cards, QS, Platinum, QS1, and secured. Totally shocked, especially seeing the QS. I went for the Platinum and instant approval with a 3k SL!!!
Edit: WF active cash denied. I finally called had been dreading it. WF account for 2.5 years, no overdrafts, mailer and email weekly with reservation number to apply, listed on my account summary page to apply, however not pre-selected within the "check for offers" link.
Still I grateful as I would have never attempted to apply for anything else.

Inqs at the time of applying 0; inqs now TU: 1, EX: 2 EQ: 1
WF pulled EX
Capital one all 3
Util: at last report update was 0% at the time of app was 53% (not sure if they could see that or not. Pretty sure they could though)
