I am pretty excited.
I have been working hard on my finances and credit this year. I have been saving up for another secured card because the only credit I had was an $800 Cap One secured credit card and a $250 Ulta store card. So my plan was to save $7500 - $2500 for the Discover It and $5000 for the Apple Federal Credit Union.
My ex gotten approved for a few cards and since we have a similar score/income I thought I would try the pre-approval process. It said I was preapproved for the QuickSilver and Platinum but I went with the platinum since increasing my limit was my main goal.
I am happy to see that I was approved for $3000 
(658 TU, 72k income, 2 charge offs, one unpaid negative account, one paid negative account)
I am so excited, this is the highest limit I've ever been approved for.
Since they all age together I went ahead and signed up for the Discover It with a 2k deposit and I applied for the unsecured at AFCU just to see but since they manually look at applications it will probably be 4 business days or so until I hear back.
I know after these 3 apps my score will dip for a minute but as of now I am sitting at 643 EQ 658 TU & 647 EX.
I am trying to get my credit score up, I think I'll post in another thread for more advice (concerning the charge offs and negative accounts) but any advice you want to throw out there (like other things I could get approved for right now) is greatly appreciated! I am just excited that putting a phone bill on a CC won't blow my utilization out of the water.
