Capital One Quicksilver One

*****UPDATE*****

Was sent a preapproval from Capital One for the Quicksilver card. I applied with scores of 672 EX , 658 EQ, not sure about TU Last I checked around 655. Was Approved instantly for $1000 which is my highest limit since 2011 with Military Star.  Thank you everyone for your support! Its gonna be a good year.

I have been a Cap 1 customer less then a month and got an offer to upgrade to QS 1 all my terms stay the same even the $19 AF I pay with my platinum my ? Is should I apply for additional QS card to gain more credit

It can't hurt to try to apply for the regular quicksilver as long as your scores are above 650. But you can only apply for two cards in 30 days
