Capital One SavorOne CLI’s luck?

Congrats on the approval!

Capital One sometimes bucket cards meaning some individuals with less than ideal credit profiles will see minimal to no CLIs despite heavy usage and credit improvement. Hard to say if you fall into that category but just something to keep in mind.

Congratulations @Scottie2014 on your SavorOne approval! 

Would you mind letting us know if this was the SavorOne for Good Credit (no SUB) or the version with the SUB?

I know it can be disappointing to not get approved for the kind of SL that you were looking for . But even with the low SL, this is still a great card for the things that it is best at, like cash back on groceries, dining and streaming. It's true that you might need to pay more often than you would with a card with a higher SL, but as long as you make sure it's paid before the statement period ends you should be fine.

Edit: Also, if you were enrolled in Capital One's Credit Steps program, there's an excellent chance you'll get a CLI after 6 months of positive payment history.
