I preaproved the capital one platinum. Applied. Got approved for 300 CL.

Exp: 630, TU: 595, EQ:589

Fifth third secured: 300 CL

Capital one secured: 200 CL

what is odd is I never got my capital one secured increase and it's been about a year. But I applied and got approved for this. My scores were an average of 515-530 when I got the capital one secured.

Sometimes the left hand just doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Similar happened to me with Citi a few weeks ago - they refused a CLI on my card, but then gave me a brand new (even bigger) card a few days later. Go figure.
