had couples inquiries, so hope next month things go back to normal, and hope to be aproved, my transunion invery clean report , i am 668 now, after those changes from last month to now. Do you had any , derrogatory or buddies?on your transunion? thats the only report they pulled from you?

I KNOW I should have the left eye surgery (had the right one done about oh, 17 years ago!!!) and as a mom everyone elses needs have continuously outweighed my own. At least in my eyes anyway so I keep putting myself off.
With my TU over 700 thought ok, lets try it (it will make my eye doctor SOOO happy if I finally say I will schedule the procedure)

Congratulations! Everyone says to call in right away. I applied on Saturday, tried to call in right away for the SLI, because Sychrony and I have been having a lovefest lately. It is not the regular Care Credit number, they have their own number. The number is automated somewhat and I had the hardest time getting to a Rep because it didn't recognise my account number.
When I got a Rep, I was transferred about 4 times, when I spoke to a Rep, they said I needed to wait 24 hours until my account was in the system. Spent alot of time on day two trying to find the number since they did all the transferring before by the time I got someone to transfer me, they said that it closed at midight. So bright and early the next day I call again, and am transferred. The Rep can now find my account, but says that it may be a hard pull, so I clarify that she said hard pull and my information that if done within 24-48 hours it was a soft pull. She said that wasn't correct. I hang up and dial a different number and she says that she doesn't know until she enters it into the system whether it will be a hard or soft pull, by now I feel beat up and I say ok. Go from 11K to 13.3K and resulted in a hard pull and the rep said I would receive a letter as to why I didn't get the full amount I requested $16K 
so YMMV.
Reported on my EX report today (3 days) at the SL not the new limit.
The number that I was given by Synchrony Credit Solutions was 1-800-333-1071. Hopefully others have a better number..
