Carter’s Approval $500

Approved for the Carter's card by Comenity. $500 limit. I got some new clothes for my daughter so I was hoping to get the instant approval but I got the "we will notify you with our decision". Anyways I figured it was a big fat no so I went ahead and used my debit card to pay for the order. Two days later I get an email saying to send over my ID and a utility bill. Got a limit of $500.
