Looks like I dodged HP on both cards, so yay!!!

I went back to the link a couple of weeks ago just to see what happens, and as soon as I click on it, it gives me "This account had a recent increase" language. Not even an option to request via HP.
Maybe they're established some internal policy on how often it can be requested after SP (dont know what those who got one with HP will see).
Going to keep checking, for DPs.

As a HP person, I still can go through the flow. Allows me to enter income and such.
