Been cleaning up my portfolio and had closed a few cards i get no benefit from, still had plenty to keep utilization low, but I figured i would go for some CLI's just in case. Only one i was successful with was my USB cash+. Went from $13 k to $18k. Am hoping citi will open their purse strings soon.
