Chase Amazon Prime Visa Signature Approval!!!

Apped on a whim yesterday around 6:30pm

no instant approval

called the recon line and got the 7-10day message and was told there is no further info needed.    
 

called the verification BD#

as soon as they opened at eight this morning and was sent a 2fa code and just had to verify my phone #, address, and that I had actually apped

approved over the phone after two minutes on hold

sl:   $12,000

got the welcome email before I could say thank you and hang up the phone.    

pulled exp: 778 fico 8

0/24 at time of app.  
no prior relationship with chase

I am worried about potentially losing the card or some of the limit because I just got a notification that a collection popped up on my Equifax report about an hour ago.   

It's a medical bill that is part of an injury lawsuit that's currently in litigation 

filed the dispute and attached court documents with it.  

so hopefully it goes away before chase finds out about it and AAs me.
