Couldn't turn down 200$ bonus for no spend. Last approval and in garden for around a year. Instant approval. Experian Pull. 840ish score under 5/24 reporting. Three credit cards approved after closing of house. One CC is still in limbo due to address verfication, but can care less about it. surprised about amount of approval as over 90k in credit with chase personal.
