You did well on many accounts. Chase is not known for approving accounts with baddies showing. Especially a C7. Second is the 5/24+ thing. It's really been a YMMV situation with Chase (and others) but most of the posts show that they really enforce that 5/24 rule and not known for allowing delinquencies to pass by. So you really got a win-win situation.
