I've tried the Amazon approval tool several times, but always got the message stating that they could not access my credit report. I called about this with no luck...credit reports were not frozen. A month ago I got a pre-approval for the store card, but I didn't want that one....I wanted in with Chase. Today I got a pre-approval for the Amazon Visa, but was worried about 5/24 as I am well over, and was denied before for the CSP for 5/24 even after recon. Now to be clear, I did have a discharged Chapter 13 on my reports then, even though my scores and reports were good otherwise. As of this month, all public records finally fell off all reports!! 
.....hope this helps someone who might be curious about 5/24 and Amazon. I probably would only apply after a pre-approval to be safe (ER) LOL!!! Now we wait and try for CSP after gardening for a while. EQ 797 TU 791 EX 781 Edit: Forgot to add SL.....$10k
