Chase CSR CLI

I figured since I was successful last month with my CFU, once I was eligible for the CSR, I would try. Checked today, was eligible and input my details and got a $1.5K increase bringing my Cl to $40.5K. I My total credit with Chase is around 35% of total reported income. I ran about 40-50K through the cards last yr vs under 5K this yr. Stats

UTI: 5% w/ balances in 2 cards

Ex: 738 ( inquiries 22/ 7 scorable, 0/6)

TU 749 ( inquiries 6/ scorable 2, 0/6)

EQ 782 ( 0 inquiries)

6/24 for new accts(1/12, 0/6 as well) and I will hit 5/24 once my CFU turns 2 in 10 days. Can't wait to get under 5/24 in February. 

Reported Income : 236K

For additional dp(s), I was getting declined the last 12 plus months for cli requests for both my CFU and CSR. For the CFU, reason was inquiries whereas the CSR referenced new accts.

It took me more than a year and a half to get approved clis for both my Chase cards since my last clis in Feb 2023. The reason was either too many inquiries for my CFU or too many accts for my CSR. Interestingly, my CFU came with the lowest APR and a better SL ( the reason for denied clis until last month or so was inquiries. This coincides with many inquiries aging on TU). Now for the CSR, which I obtained with the highest APR, it was more sensitive to new accounts. I'm almost at 5/24 this month so I suspect that played a part.

Yes. you're right. I hadn't even thought of it. I never expected to get these cards that high. Chase has been quite generous to me. I'll see if I can get the CFU there in 6 months. It's almost there..just need to put more spend on it.
