Chase Freedom Instant Approval!

So decided to scout a bunch of pre-qualify links and wasn't having much success but Chase listed the Freedom. I was hesitant as I didn't want a denial and wasted hard pull but decided to give it a go. Instant approval 3.5k limit the highest I had prior to this on a credit card was 1k with Barclays. I am beyond thrilled also has a 15 month 0% APR offer which is perfect considering a new baby and holidays coming up. This will allow me to close some less desirable cards in the future once their annual fees roll around next.

How do you know they hate you? Have you applied or do you just not get a preapproval?
