Congrats. Just seen that on slickdeals and apped myself. Got $5,500 which is my highest limit to date, beating Fidelity Amex and BOA by $500. $200 Cash Back after spending $500 in 3 months and $25 if my AU uses the card for first purchase. Not bad. Waiting to see what APR is. I came a long way. Closed my Sony CAPONE and QS low limit cards. I figured I got declined for Chase Freedom 4 times in last 2 years, but got approved for Chase Amazon 6 months ago with $2k, I was hoping they give me something and even if its low, I will move over $1500 from Amazon.
Anyway..my credit score is 674 TU Fico from Discover and Walmart, 681 EQ from my declined Discover CLI request last week and 680 EX from declined Amex Everyday card from 2 weeks ago.
4 Baddies. 1 IL Tax Lien which falls off January 2015, 1 Capital One Charge Off which falls off in Dec 2015 and 1 HSBC charge off which falls off Jan 2016. 1 Late 30 day car in August 2011. (Month after I started getting serious about my credit).

Anyway - Quick call to Discover Recon to see if they can do anything about my CL which sits at $1k..(6 month card) if not thats cool. My Fiance has a $7000 discover that im an AU on and funny thing is she has $1000 Freedom that im an AU on...so we both got 1 great and 1 low limit opposite card
