I've been debating on whether or not I should apply for this card for a while. The annual free night is very tempting and gives this card some value. I didn't want to take another inquiry and risk a denial. But I was inspired by a certain myFICOer who has more inquiries than there are weeks in the year so I figured what the heck.

Instant Approval with 5k limit 15.99%.

Here's some stats for the curious:

* They HP'd EX, Score is between 690-700

* 10 inquiries on EX including theirs

* June - Freedom & CSP approval (they wouldn't open the CSP until July)

* August - Marriott Rewards Approval

* 9 new accounts in June + 1 in march.

* AAoA is 3 years

* Overall Util is 2.87%

* Individual Util w/ Chase -- 10.87% on Freedom, 10.3% on CSP

* 4 tax liens (2 unpaid)
