A year worth of history is not a set in stone rule and you're a customer, so hopefully they will approve you.

Feels awesome to have an approval just slightly bummed the limit isn't enough for the travel I had in mind. New account didn't show until Monday. 

Hopefully it'll grow over the next few years. Could have easily been a no so not complaining.

@gdale6 thank you! This is my first Chase card. I think an initial denial + $1k CL is a sign to chill. lol Maybe early 2022 I'll look into other cards but for now want to show responsible use.
