Well some long term planning paid off. Based on what I learned from this forum I knew Chase would offer their CSP with a elevated UR point SUB once a year. I also knew during this time, it was a bit easiest to get pass Chase's underwriting. With the 100,000 UR points elevated SUB going live in branch last week, and rumors from Doctor of Credit of the offer going live on-line today, I marked my calender and waited to app in the comfort of my house.
I seen the buzz on YouTube earlier today. When I have the chance I unfroze my EX, logged to Chase, filled out the App I was instantly Approved!

Based on what I read in the past years here and on reddit, yes.
Hopefully the letter has a non-issue you can get them to approve you.
It took me 3 recons to get approved for the Chase Freedom Flex because of the way the UWs were calulating my availability credit to my income.
