Background: been rebuilding since 2018.. score flatlined in 2020.. been hovering at 685-696 ever since..

Finally, about 2 weeks ago on Nov 15, a baddie finally dropped and my experian score jumped up about ~83 pts.. 687 to 770

I'm moving to a new state next week and wanted to get a nice intro bonus for traveling expenses/Christmas..

Got pre-approved through chase protal.

Pulled Experian at 770, CL $12,000.
