I was asked in a DM if I only got the extra 5k from AMEX because they countered my request.
I didn't ask for a 3x on the 10K I already had, just an extra 5k and it was approved as soon as I hit the enter button on my keyboard.
I probably have more to add to this card, I just don't need it yet, so no rush.
