I have been wanting to get this card. But the 5/24 restriction is what prevented me at far. Finally July 12 is the date that I became eligible since now it's 4/24. From what I read here, almost every post is urging to wait until the 1st of the following month to apply to be safe.

I just can't wait any longer so I applied today. Got instant approval. SL of $22K with 28.49% APR. Quite high interest rate though.

Pulled EX 745.

I will want to apply for their United Club Business Card. So I think I can apply for it tomorrow while the CSR hasn't posted to the CR yet, correct?

Nonetheless, July 22 is the next eligibility so I will be 3/24.

The X/24 rule is based on when the approval was granted, not when it gets reported. Being your approval was with Chase, they already know about it so you're at 5/24 now. I'd recommend you wait until after July 22 when you will be again at 4/24.
