Chase Sapphire Reserve auto $5k CLI within 2 months!

I was logged into my Chase account last night and noticed that Chase increased the CL on my Chase Sapphire Reserve by $5k. Started at $22k when I got it the end of August. Hit the spend last month for the 100k points.  Use it quite a bit, but was totally shocked to see an auto CL so soon.  I have a CSP that I have had for a year with no increase and a Marriott Platnum.  I'll take it though.   I was thinking of calling to see about a CLI on the CSP before I PC it to an Unlimited, it will hit it's one year annivesary next month.

Congrats on the CLI.  Just an FYI.  My CSP's 1 year birthday is today. Since I have the CSR,  I called to PC my Preferred to a Freedom, figuring worst case scenario would be that they would only let me do the Freedom Unlimited.  Unfortunately, I got neither - I was only allowed to PC to the Chase Sapphire.  At least I avoided the annual fee.

That's strange, I believe plenty of people are able to PC their CSP to the freedom unlimited. I wonder why you were not able to.
