I went a little app-happy with Chase in the last couple weeks.
Yes I can actually make use of the cards I opened with them.
Chase IHG $3k today
Chase Hyatt $5k today
Chase Disney Premier $3k over the weekend
Chase Marriott Rewards $5k two weeks ago
Chase Freedom PC to Freedom Unlimited and a $3000 CLI after 5 months of account opening and low usage.
I work in the hotel industry and whatever annual fees I have will pay for themselves.
Granted the limits arent the highest but a year ago I had a cap 1 secured $200 card and tons of baddies.
Plus everything else in my signature.
Little hard work goes a long way.
First Congrats.
Very strange as Chase usually only approves two applications in a month period of time very rare being three in a month and unheard of 4 in a month.. Sure your time frame isn't a bit skewed how long it has been between applications?

Nope, Each time I apped I called that very same day or the next day and received an approval right over the phone.
4/4 in under a months time and the CLI in the same time frame.
1-800-303-4735 direct to a rep, asked a few questions and came back with the approval.
Looks about right. Two cards are with chase, two are co-branded and another is a PC.
Each one of those was a hard pull right? How would so many not hurt your credit. I am afraid to have more than 3.

My EQ and EX already have over 30 inq's and I have almost 40 total accounts on my profile (15 or so closed the rest open)
so inquiries dont hurt my scores presently. All the apps are inside of a couple months of each other.

I have 16 inquiries on Experian and my score is 728.
Congrats on the approvals!

Thank you! 720's are my goal range of scores (i know youre replying to ram8704)
I had an open collection I just paid off and am hoping to get deleted which should send all my scores up closer to 700.
and thanks!
Congrats on the approvals. Since you have the cards, I would not open up nothing else with them or any other lender. I would stay low on the radar, no CLI or nothing for a while. I would hate for them to close your accounts. You have done well, however 5 accounts in such a short time period is a bit much for one lender, especially Chase.

Thank you. I've considered that myself and have decided to let things settle down for a while. It would be unfortunate to see AA so soon.
