It may be a regional thing? DW and I only got 1 HP for each card app or CLI request. They might've SP a second bureau, but only 1 hit per app.

Did you look at actual CR and is the date of TU pull 03/11?

I think you're right.  I got the notification on 3/13/19, but not the report -  I canceled my freebie Credit Check Total, so only got the one notification.   I will see what my TU score took a hit for next month.

If the CHOSEN bureau pulls by Chase is (EX &EQ) & if one of the bureaus are frozen do they flat out decline the app saying have to open it up or do they give try pull from TU & EQ? 

Just wondering?

what has been the experience here? I'd say they would not be hard & fast about pulling only EX & EQ; they'd be more flexible & not give a decline.

That would depend on individual profile.
They could approve with a single pull, ask to unlock then pull both again, decline with both single or double pull.
