I have received these before but this one looked like a pre-approval vs "invited" and had a fixed interest rate so I thought what the heck?

0% for 12 months and then 27.49!!

only 20k mile bonus.

I would love the executive card but anyway, applied through the phone with the link... went pending instantly.

Woke up this morning to a voicemail from Citi with a 6-digit code... Called back and entered the code and then it transferred me to a "Specialist" who asked for my name and address and that I indeed applied.

Then she clicked the "process" button I'm sure as she definitely wasn't reviewing anything else.

15 seconds later, CONGRATULATIONS, you have been approved with a starting credit line of $8500! SAY WHAT?!

I have never been able to get a real citi card, in the past best buy but not even wayfair when they switched over.
