I'm jealous that you're back in with Citi. Don't think I'll ever get off their bad list. Yah....I have Macy's and I just got a preapproval for Home Depot this week, but the elusive bank card eludes me, but maybe if I can get my scores over 700 it will be a different story. Enjoy your success...Oh, by the way, since you got the Citi approval, why don't you call Credit Solutions and get your Lowes increased.

It's ironic that you have Macy's and get the HD preapproval yet can't get a bank card with Citi... with me it's exacty the opposite. 
I've never received a preapproval offer on either the HD or the bank card site, and my past relationship with Macy's actually was more worrisome for me than my past BK... I've not tried, but I'm confident Macy's wouldn't touch me (and I'm actually fine with that).
Hang in there... once your scores increase a little more I feel there will be a Citi approval thread with your name on it!
