3 months later, made a payment, hit the luv button and asked for $15K. HP on TU (TU08 - 804, 1 inquiry). Approved.

This is the first time I've ever heard of a TU pull for a Citi Retail card. It's either EQ 95% of the time or EX the other 5%.
