Citi CLI

I completed my biannual SP CLI request and received a $5K increase. Since the card isn't my everyday card, I usually get between $1-2K every 6 months. My credit limit is $36,400. I started with a $6.6K limit in 2018.

Are you updating the income you have on file with them too, or not necessary?

Re: Citi CLI

Nice increast, @sjt! Considering you normally see $1-2k, $5k is a big win.

CongratsSmiley Happy

Question : I can't find it in my DPs, does Citi allow an increase request every 6-months per card, or per account? I got a CLI request approved for one card back in January, I would like to see about getting one for another card.

I am not 100% sure, but I think it's per card account. Just go online and request a CLI for the card account you want increased. Once you click on the request, they will immediately tell you if you can request a CLI.

Thanks!

I was surprised to even be able to request a CLI, because I heard Citi was doing away with SP CLI.

Update/Correction- I was reviewing my latest statement and noticed My CL, prior to the increase, was $29,100. My new CL is $36,100. An increase of $7,000.
