Citi Costco

DH was pre approved for Costco card, we do shop there a lot .

He is a user on my Costco card but when I enter our member ID it states not valid ?

Can he not use my membership number as he is on my account ?

there should be two seperate membership numbers according to the thread above use P2's not yours

Since y'all are there frequently, I would try visiting the costco membership counter. I'm sure they can resolve your issue quickly.

Thank you that explains a lot . I just added him to my membership but don't see a membership number on my online account? I am assuming we have to go to Costco and get them to cut him a card ?
