For any interested i have ONLY EVER went with safe SP CLI's since first obtaining this Citi Card, which started out first as a CDP card that after 12 months was PC'd over to the then new DoubleCash MC.
Every 6 months like clockwork it has seen either a $1400 or $1500 increase each time. I opted this route instead of adding HP INQ's and it's slowly continuing the climb up with this method while helping to keep what would be HP's in reserve. A welcome feature by Citi and is proved helpful in this camp.
If it can be of any use for anyone my Citi FICO score at this approval is EQ 685.
Congrats! Did you use this card heavily?

Not with a BT on it right now but that's gone after statement cut. I prefer BT's to only go 90 or so days where possible.
But i think it does look like a heavy usage on it and taking it up the ladder might encourage one of those bigger increases.
Dunno, we'll have to see but no matter, it's still coming along nicely as expected.
Thanks
Congrats OP. I like the Citi's new SP CLI.
Love the words

Just got SP cli on my Citi simplicity 2weeks before. went from 4.8k to 6k
activated my new citi DC yesterday. Will wait for 6 months to check the SP CLI.

It's kind of tempting sometimes to proceed on ahead with a HP just to see how much more that it would bring for you but in all honesty as long as you're happy with your Citi limit from every 6 month CLI, the soft pull does just fine.
Congrats
