Citi Pre-qual w/ Specific APR

Applied about an hour ago. Instantly approved for DC for $3,600 @12.99% and 0% APR for 18 months on balance transfers. Too bad the balance I wanted to transfer was exactly $3,600. What are the chances of a CL recon with Citi after I receive the card?

Once you set up online access request CLI to $25k... It will take like an hour or so during business hours and you will see counter amount approved right online!
