Citi bank simplicity approval!

Just applied a few minutes ago and I got the pending review message. I was bummed out because I wanted to take advantage of the 21 month 0% interest balance transfer. Not even 5 minutes later I get a phone call from a 1-888 # and it was Citibank! They wanted to verify my address and a few seconds later I was approved for 4K!! Not bad. I'll take it. Honestly I wanted a higher credit limit, but I won't be too greedy. If any of you know the rules with Citibank pertaining to credit limit increases or application rules let me know! Thank you and ask any questions, I'll be happy to provide answers.
