i applied back in june and their internal score on me was 40 points higher in decline letter than it was when I got the pop up last week. cold apps for those cards have worked in my favor. i dont know what they want when I cold app lol.

Are you using chrome, safari or explorer for sct pop-ups?? I can't get them to come up....
the last two times I was not expecting the pop up so i logged in via safari and got them. previous I was only trying to get pop ups via chrome, which worked on comenity store cards for usually.
