Congrats on all of the increases! Citi took a while to give my wife an increase despite an excellent score, so I can't say I'm totally surprised. Keep trying, they're usually a SP (keep an eye on the language) and they'll open up.

A bank asking to pull can pull hard or soft, but Chase runs Amazon Visa, so customer initiated are usually HP. You can check with creditkarma.com (equifax & transunion) and experian.com for free.
