So I saw this morning my statement cut for CreditOne and showed a credit line of $550. I just got the card in December at $400 and it auto-increased me a $150 bucks. I know it's nothing compared to most but it's exciting as it's my first increase since my rebuild. It does kind of make me scratch my head as I have only had 2 statements. First I kept around $150/$400 , used it up and paid down to $75 of $400. Quick increase for sure!

Either way im pumped! I was debating on asking for more but I know CreditOne is a tough nut to crack as a subprime card for increases. Should I chance it and ask for more? Or let it continue to auto?

With Credit One, just let nature take its course. If you need to use it, use it and pif until you are able to get better cards

WHOOO HOOOO!!! Congrats on the CLI!! Credit One Bank doesn’t have the best reputation when stacked up against the majority of current credit cards, but they will absolutely build your credit history. Do as the others have said. PIF, and if possible keep it low. They tend to charge interest on some accounts even if PIF before EOM.

Once your credit is back in the game, you will be pleased with the credit limits, rewards and perks you’ll qualify for. Pretty soon you’ll be trying to decide when to close that Credit One Card!

I got this card years ago as part of my rebuilding process.  It really was instrumental in rebuilding my credit.  When it got to about the $1200 mark, I hit the button with my bank visa card & got an instant approval for $5k.  I cried!

I knew I was finally on my way!

Have you determined how frequently they increase?

I got the card with SL of 500... 2 statements later they auto increase another 200... at 6 month mark another auto increase 200 to make total line 900..
