Just thought I would post this for anyone else going through the same thing.
I checked any prequal site I could think of and didn't prequalify for anything with Capital One or any others really. Used CreditKarma where I was preapproved for both of these cards. They are a lot less predatory than some of the bottom of the barrel cards. Was approved for the Lendup Arrow at $59 annual fee and $750 CL and approved for the CreditOne with $30-ish annual fee (can't remember exact) and $500 credit limit.
My husband is in the same situation and didn't prequalify for anything. His scores are higher than mine, but, he has no open accounts. I think it helped me that I had a student loan that has never been late that is still reporting. Scores from MyFico are in my signature.
Guess poor spouse is going to have to start with an OpenSky secured... lol
Did you have a pre-approval for the Lendup Arrow card, or do you have a link for it? Thanks.
COngrats on both approvals !!!!
NOT bad for same day as BK discharge. Congrats, and good luck rebuilding!

There's nothing wrong with the OpenSky card. Yes, he'll need to make a deposit , but he wont get hit with a hard inquiry and they're not predatory like Credit One.
Good luck on your rebuild journey
Sorry, I signed up for credit monitoring and then it made me change my screen name. Ugh!
There doesn't seem to be a prequalify option on their site, it said prequalified when I signed into CreditKarma. But, it also said prequalified on Indigo which then didn't have any offers for me on their site. So, should be taken with a grain of salt I think.
Congratulations on the approvals! Try capital one, I started at 300, paid on time and graduated to 2300 after 5-6 months. I believe I had around 550-570 and a few charge offs.
Congrats on your new cards
