Curacao Pre Approval

Has anybody in AZ or CA heard of them? I got a pre approval in te mail today. It had an invite code and when I clicked the link it only asked for the first three numbers of my SS. The prices are mostly in line with everywhere else:

Never heard of them outside of getting a preapproval in the mail as well.

(1) I got that in the mail on Wednesday this week.

(2) There is a store about 5 miles from me. Prices seem competitive.

(3) That mailer that I got. I promptly shredded it. Don't need yet another card.

There's a few of them here in Southern California. I've passed by them, but have never gone in. Guess I should, stuff on their website looks good.

They're a department store--kinda like Sears but with more electronics--geared predominantly toward the Latino community. People often finance electronics through their retail accounts.

Well, I figured out how they earn money. I'd probably stay away from this, unless you're a builder/rebuilder with no other good options..

Thanks for the info. I was really curious if they actually HP for the account, but I'd just assume so regardless. They give $50 off with first purchase. It's like Sunchrony cards, you don't carry a balance.

If they are like famsa, their debts come up as installment loans. If you have an armload of revolvers no mortgage or car payment, it could raise a bad score.

I live in AZ and they have a store in the former Desert Sky Mall Penneys. Like a Best Buy. Yes they cater to the Latino community and it was always rumored that they were easy to get credit with.

What is the interest rate? Maybe you'll have to TOFTT
