Thanks everyone for the support! It means a lot. I have not had many approvals outside of the predatory lenders while rebuilding and I finally can feel the progress. Working on 700s!
DCU is a good CU to get in with congratulations to you!

@Creditjourney784 wrote:So excited I was approved for the DCU Visa Platinum $10k SL with a 682 EQ 5 score. This is my highest SL, my second highest is NFCU with $7.1k. I was also approved for a 5k personal loan but holding out for more when my score increases. Fingers crossed.
Can any current DCU cardholders tell me when DCU first started reporting your account? Do they report at month end or will they wait until I make my first payment?
Congratulations. IMHO the DCU Platinum Visa is a very useful card. I like the fact that there is no cash advance fee or balance transfer fee, the relatively reasonable interest rate, the ability to do cash advances online directly into your checking account, and the fact that you can link up your card to the checking account to use it as an overdraft line of credit.

It's the only card I know of that allows you to link your credit card to the checking account as an overdraft line of credit.
The other features I mentioned are also available with Unify FCU Platinum and NFCU Platinum, and with Vantage West FCU Connect (now geo-fenced regrettably). BECU also has fee-free online cash advances, but the interest rate is getting up there.
