As you may recall, I got a 12.5 cli on my DCU Visa last month on June 13, 2022. Then I got a 8k personal loan from DCU last week. When I got my DCU Visa increase last month, I immediately submitted another request to increase that from 20k to 30k but was denied. I got the letter and it said something to the effect of I had enough credit with them. That's why I was surprised I got the 8k personal loan which was instantly approved. Well fast forward to today and I said today is my 30th or last day for that HP I took on June 13, 2022. I decided to apply for their rewards Visa. I've never had any preapprovals with DCU and figured the cli and personal loan instant approvals were flukes. Anywho, I submitted my Visa rewards application tonight fully expecting a pending notification. To my surprise, it came back and said I was instantly approved for the DCU Visa or the DCU Visa Rewards at 10k. Requested that I upload POI which I did. I better not poke the bear again but I'm acking to try for that 30k cli again on the DCU Visa. As much as I want to, I'm going to go to bed. In 6 months, I'll try for that 30k cli.
