DISCOVER IT ONLINE PRE-APPROVAL & APPLICATION INFORMATION FINISHED

I literally just finished the DISCOVER IT online pre-approval then movved on to the application process. I submitted all requested info and at the end I got the 5-7 day message stating they would "call if any other information was needed" and that "I would get a welcome e-mail if approved". I would like to hear about any one else's experience with this. I greatly appreciate any input ahead of time. Thanks

Just give them a call! They might just verify some details.

Not a flat out denial.. Give them a call, probably validation stuff or different terms.

I would call them. Everything else is speculation. When I applied the last time (and got approved), I got a "Please call us" message (I wasn't pre-approved). They asked me a few questions, and approved me. I don't like waiting.

I dunno.

When I got Instapproved, they asked me afterward to call them and fax my dox in.

Once I called them, they told me they didn't need em and went over my terms again.

Another option is to check your application status online. I got the same message when I applied a couple days ago and I got approved after I checked my status online and submitted a couple documents. Good luck!

Good evening to my entire myFICO community,

thank you TO EVERYBODY WHO RESPONDED!!! I was literally walking through the parking lot to the store about to follow everyone's advice and make the call and right then my ph started ringing, DUH DUH DUH... I was poistive immediately that it was DISCOVER just judging by the weird nmbr. 

After some quick and painless verification (and I have to say the CSR was really nice and easy to talk to) I WAS APPROVED FOR

$3,000 BIG ONES BOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! IT FELT SO GOOD TO HEAR THAT I LITERALLY WENT SPRINTING THROUGH THE PARKING LOT WHILE ON THE PHONE AND STILL TRYING TO MAINTAIN MY CALM.

To everybody out the just starting the process of building and/or rebuilding their credit_ KEEP GRINDING IT OUT_IT DOES GET BETTER!!!

From CAP1 secured pre-paid for $200 to a  CAP1 $300 unsecured to a yr and a half later two unsecured CHASE & BARCLAY (both reconed in the same day) $500 to a MONSTEROUS LEAP TO A $3,000 DISCOVER IT CHROME CARD.
